If you enjoy looking at TV, watching movies, or doing things with the computer, then this plan can either cause you to lose weight or eat more without gaining weight.

Did you know that everything you can do while sitting down at a computer desk you can do at the ComputerDeskOverTreadmill.

There are only two things you can't do:

  1. The only thing you can't do while sitting down at a computer desk is walk.
  2. The only thing you can't do while at the ComputerDeskOverTreadmill is sit.

Now think of all the time you spend sitting at the computer. If you really think about this you should be able to conclude that participation in the ComputerDeskOverTreadmill fitness plan could make you more fit than if you didn't.

Purpose of this Fitness Plan

As much as we would like to make this plan sound great, mysterious, and something that you feel that you must have to control your weight, only two words come to mind that defines what this plan is suppose to do.

Appetite Control

Sounds kind of trivial. But thousands of pounds of adipose tissue or body fat because it (appetite control) is not working in many people's body makes one wonder. If you are in fact overweight you are made to feel unwanted, ashamed, or feel they can insult you because of your obesity. No body wants to help you, find out how you could conquer your appetite problem, or even discuss the problem. Government and business discuss the problem only because of the money that can be made or loss because of diseases associated with obesity.

The main thrust of the plan is appetite control. Appetite control is the turning off of hunger or the desire to eat. In addition appetite control makes it possible to control the other variables necessary to control weight and serves to regulate adequate energy intake to maintain metabolic needs. Remember, more then the adequate energy is stored in the adipose tissue or body fat which may be notice as an increase of body weight. We say may be because an increase in muscle can also increase body weight. You in your plan must make the call and control what you think is either muscle or fat.
